Added a 5-year calendar to SAKE

Added a 5-year calendar to the SAKE (Sorcerers, Adventurers, Kings, and Economics) zip package for keeping track of time in domain or trade games. It’s nothing special – just a real-world calendar (2020–2024), but reformatted to look a bit nicer for the game. More of a convenience thing: easy enough to find a calendar, but why not have it included.

Best,
